Activities :
Had 2 hours sleep in the afternoon.

5.06 a.m. - 7.36 a.m. : Morning cleaning works
7.36 a.m. - 7.55 a.m. : Walk to School, stop by Sainsbury to buy breakfast (originally planned to go home to prepare breakfast, ended up walked to school instead...want to come early, go back early..)
My breakfast :
1) Yoghurt drink Actimel by Danone 100 g : 77kcal
2) Pink Lady Apple 80g : 41kcal
3) Prawn Mayoinnase Sandwich :
